Let's Talk About: February!
Keeping you up to date with all things ZooLab
Meet our new Rangers - David, Lucy C and Lucy W. With the fantastic feedback flooding in from happy customers it is hard to believe that these three only joined the team in February.
David Cripps-Rainford, ZooLab’s Nottinghamshire Ranger
David’s background is in the performing arts - he studied Musical Theatre at Brighton Academy! Growing up, David always wanted a corn snake but his mum said no… now he have two, Kelloggs and Dolly - they are his favourite ZooLab animals.
Lucy Conner, ZooLab’s London Ranger
Lucy studied Animal Management and Zoology at Capel Manor College, this involved caring for a variety of different animals and learning all about enclosure design and enrichment.
Lucy Williamson, ZooLab’s South Wales Ranger
ZooLab’s invertebrates are a bit different to the equines Lucy studied as an undergraduate at Aberystwyth University. Lucy is currently studying for a Masters degree in Animal Welfare, Ethics and Law. Who knows, Stimpy the Cockroach may inspire her dissertation topic!
Our animal team has grown too!
Paiton, ZooLab’s Wigan Ranger, has two new additions -Pacman frog, Pickle (above) and Mexican red knee tarantula, Taco (below).
Tom’s Romford team has grown by 3 - meet Peter, Brian and Stewie.
Dumfries and Galloway based Tristan has welcomed Peanut, a desert blonde tarantula.
